Ronit Roy leases his Andheri West office for nearly ₹1.39 crore over five years

Ronit Roy has handed his 950 sq ft office in Mumbai's Andheri West to a skin and hair care company on a five year lease. Over the full term, the rent adds up to close to ₹1.39 crore.

The tenant, Kerawi Care (OPC) Private Limited, starts at ₹2.10 lakh a month. The space is on the fourth floor of Vastu Prestige, a short distance from City Mall. Documents seen by the real estate data firm CRE Matrix show the leave and licence deal was registered on June 12, 2026.

Rent climbs 5% each year. After the opening year it moves to ₹2.20 lakh, then ₹2.31 lakh, then ₹2.43 lakh, and reaches ₹2.55 lakh a month in year five. The company has put down ₹6.5 lakh as a security deposit.

Neither side can walk away for the first 36 months. As the licensor, Ronit covers maintenance along with rates, taxes, levies, assessments and non-occupancy charges, while the company pays its own power bills based on usage. The deal includes no parking slot. The actor was not available for comment.

Known for his work across Hindi television, films and web series, the actor bought a 4,258 sq ft flat two years ago for ₹18.94 crore. It sits on a higher floor of Lodha Versova, a Macrotech Developers project off Yari Road. Registration papers show ₹1.13 crore went on stamp duty and ₹30,000 on registration fees, and the home comes with four parking spaces.
