Who we are

Clapnumber is operated by Clapnumber. These terms are between you and us. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who can use Clapnumber

You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Anyone can read the site without one.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
• One account per person. Extra accounts created to vote more than once will be removed along with their votes.

What you post

Comments, reviews and ratings stay yours. By posting them you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute them on Clapnumber and in promotion of it. You can delete them at any time.

Do not post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, invasive of someone’s privacy, infringing of someone’s copyright, or impersonating another person. Do not post anything about a child. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend the account behind it.

Our polls are not the show’s vote

Every poll on Clapnumber is our own, run for readers. It is not the broadcaster’s vote, it does not affect any result, and it never decides who leaves a house. Where we report an official result we say where it came from. Our projection is an opinion drawn from public activity, published with its method, and it is not a prediction you should rely on.

Our content

The text, design, database and brand on Clapnumber belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You may link to us and quote us with attribution. You may not copy the catalogue wholesale, scrape it, or republish our editorial as your own.

Names, logos and images of films, shows and their makers belong to their owners and appear here for identification and commentary.

Links and embeds

We link to and embed third-party services, including video hosted on YouTube and streaming pages run by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Availability

We try to keep Clapnumber up and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every fact on it is correct. We correct mistakes when we find them or when you tell us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Clapnumber, or for decisions you take based on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above tells you which version applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@clapnumber.com.
