Ramayana BTS video shows how Ranbir Kapoor prepared to play Lord Rama

Ranbir Kapoor's birthday brought fans a fresh look at Ramayana. To mark the day, the makers released a behind-the-scenes video about how the actor prepared to play Lord Rama. It shows the physical and emotional effort he put into the part. The first part of the epic is set to reach cinemas during Diwali 2026, and the second part is reportedly planned for Diwali 2027.

The music is reportedly by Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman, and the first part is said to be headed for a global IMAX release.
