Nani gave back part of his remuneration to help clear the finances of The Paradise, reports say. The shoot was planned for 100 working days but ran past 180, and the budget came close to doubling.

The Srikanth Odela directorial is the most expensive film of Nani's career, and none of his films has taken longer to finish. Its theatrical and non-theatrical rights sold for record prices. Even so, producer Sudhakar Cherukuri could not earn back his full investment.

The Paradise opened in theatres on September 24, 2026. Nani leads a cast that includes Mohan Babu, Sonali Kulkarni, Kayadu Lohar and Raghav Juyal. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music, CH Sai handled the camera and Navin Nooli edited the film. SLV Cinemas produced the action drama, with Ishan Saksena as co-producer.

Fans hoping to watch it at home will have to wait a little longer. The makers have not yet announced a streaming date or platform.
