Nithiin lines up four films as Alias Rukmini targets a December 4 release
Back after a year-long break, Nithiin has four films in hand, including the Nani-produced Alias Rukmini and a new entertainer with director Ram Abbaraju that starts filming early next year.
Nithiin has four films lined up. Two are already shooting and two will go on the floors next year, as the actor comes back from a year-long break that followed a string of box office failures.
Alias Rukmini, produced by Nani, is being filmed now and is aiming for a December 4 release. Nithiin is also shooting a second film, backed by Sithara Entertainments.
His newest signing is an entertainer with Ram Abbaraju, the director behind Samajavaragamana and Nari Nari Naduma Murari. Cameras roll early next year. Meenakshi Chaudhary is in the running for the female lead, and a formal announcement should come soon.
The fourth project would come from the actor's own banner. Nithiin is planning to produce a film under Sresht Movies, with Anji set to direct.
