Hero Sumanth is seen once in two years as he is too choosy and selective with regards to films. Therefore the actor is coming up with his new movie titled 'Kapatadhari', in the first look poster, Sumanth is seen in a cops attire holding a radio communication device. The teaser of the upcoming movie was unveiled by Daggubati Rana. The main theme of the film is 'Nothing in this world happens without a purpose' and thus the teaser begins with this dialogue mouthed by Sumanth while the visuals in the backdrop show a man lying lifeless on bloodstains.

Essaying the role of a cop Sumanth comes across a murder mystery and seeks the permission of higher officials to join the investigation. In lieu, Sumanth gets a warning to exit this probe which would otherwise lead to his suspension. The determined cop Sumanth however leaves behind all these and chases. For the perpetual time, we have seen similar plots but it's the narration that matters at the end of the day. The curiosity factor is aroused by a visual that shows Sumanth in grey hues. The film is helmed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy starring Sumanth in the lead role while  Nandita Sweta, Nassar, Jayaprakash plays other crucial roles; acting alongside Sumanth.
