Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay, and the Telugu star says a single meeting was enough to make the former actor his favourite.

Deverakonda posted photos of the three of them on social media, along with a note about the visit. "Had the most beautiful time with the dearest Thalapathy Vijay Sir," he wrote.

The Chief Minister had already put in a long day, the actor said, yet he still welcomed the couple with a lot of love. He also spoke openly with them about life, work and the world.

Deverakonda closed his note on an affectionate line: "One meeting and sir is already a favourite ❤️ Until next time, My love and respect."

The pair are busy with their new film, Ranabaali, which Rahul Sankrityan directs.
