Thank you, Naga Chaitanya's 20th film was announced on his father Nagarjuna's 61st birthday. Vikram Kumar of Manam and 24 fame will be directing the film. Chaitanya took this news to social media and announced this on his Twitter handle, about the new film and his father's Birthday. The movie title Thank you will see Vikram Kumar collaborate with Chaitu after an entertainer like Manam. 

The movie will be bankrolled by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations. The movie is touted to be a commercial entertainer. On his Twitter page, Chaitanya posted a thank you and also shared Nag's poster to celebrate his 61st Birthday. Along with the movie title, Chaitanya posted that Thank you is a term that can be easily forgotten, but when it is used in the right frame it can mean a lot more. He also expressed his excitement about the script of the movie and also thankes the team that came forward for the movie. Previously, Vikram worked with the Akkineni family for Manam, released in 2014. The movie, Manam turned out special to the Akkineni family as it had the entire family cast in it.
