Taapsee Pannu is all set to return to Tollywood with an upcoming movie. Taapsee Pannu who proved her mettle in Bollywood has got an exciting lineup of films in the upcoming months. The actress has signed two biopics, which are sports dramas, and are onto the sets for a  back to back completion. Taapsee is all set to make her comeback to Telugu cinema. She will be soon seen in Teja’s next movie, which is titled Alivelu Venkataramana. The movie is going to a romantic entertainer. The Telugu audience will be lucky enough once again to see this charming beauty acting in Telugu.

Actor Gopichand was the first considered for the lead role but there are thoughts that Gopichand has opted out of the project. Names like Kajal were first rumored for the role but Teja is said to have ended with Taapsee. Taapsee heard the narration, impressed by it she gave her initial nod. A young Tamil actor will now play the lead role in the movie. The script work was completed for the movie. People Media Factory is set to bankroll Alivelu Venkataramana, and the film releases this year.
