Kangana takes a dig at Taapsee, alleging her of imitation. It all started when Tapsee's photograph for a leading magazine floated on the internet. One of Kangana's fans reacted to it on Twitter, bringing back the 'Sasti' word for discussion. Approving the sharp reaction of her fan to the picture, Kangana commented that she was flattered by Tapsee's gestures trying hard to copy her and that in her entire career Kangana has influenced many people to follow her. Kangana also said she is the biggest superstar next to Amitabh Bachchan in terms of stardom and work she has accomplished that many mimic her.

Taapsee didn't take much of a time this time in giving it back to Kangana, in a way that best suits her. Taapsee tweeted a saying by Robert A. Heinlein, "A competent and self-confident person is incapable of jealousy in anything. Jealousy is invariably a symptom of neurotic insecurity." She also commented that it has become an everyday affair for Taapsee dealing with this kind of stuff. She tweeted this using her Twitter handle.
