Gauahar Khan sells Mumbai duplex for ₹6.01 crore, 88% above its 2014 price

TV actor Gauahar Khan has sold her duplex apartment in Mumbai's Versova for ₹6.01 crore, property registration documents show. She had bought the home in November 2014 for ₹3.2 crore.

That is a gain of ₹2.81 crore, close to 88% over nearly 12 years. The sale was registered on September 24, 2026, and the buyers paid ₹36.06 lakh in stamp duty.

The flat is in Versova Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. in S.V.P. Nagar, Andheri West. It covers two levels on a higher floor, with a built-up area of 1,872 sq ft and a super built-up area of 2,340 sq ft. The papers list no car parking with the sale.

At the sale price, the buyers paid about ₹32,100 per sq ft of built-up area. On the super built-up figure, the rate is roughly ₹25,700 per sq ft.

Several film and TV names have bought homes in the same part of the city. Ronit Roy and his wife Neelam Roy bought a 4,258 sq ft apartment in Lodha Versova for ₹18.94 crore in June 2024, with four parking spaces. Randeep Hooda bought a 1,530 sq ft home in Bianca CHS, Versova, for ₹5.63 crore, a deal reported in June 2025. In July 2026, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, along with family members, bought multiple apartments in Godrej Skyshore, Versova, for more than ₹43 crore.
