Following his massive blockbuster "Sanju," director Rajkumar Hirani is gearing up for his next project, a social comedy-drama titled "Dunki." The film stars Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. In a recent social media interaction with fans, SRK shared some exciting details about the film.

During this interaction, SRK reaffirmed that "Dunki" is indeed set to hit the screens on December 22, putting to rest any rumours of a postponement. SRK had previously mentioned at the "Jawan" success meet that the film would be a Christmas 2023 release. When asked about how the film was shaping up, SRK replied, "Dunki is complete and is a beautiful project, much like life itself."

Another fan inquired about the presence of action scenes in "Dunki." Shah Rukh responded, "Dunki is a delightful blend of humour and emotions. It's Raju sir's world, my friend. I've added a touch of action to it, but whether those action sequences stay or go depends on the editing process, as Raju sir is also the editor."
