Shah Rukh Khan's "Dunki," directed by Rajkumar Hirani, is set to hit screens worldwide on December 21st, delving into the theme of illegal immigration. During a recent promotional event, SRK expressed that Rajkumar Hirani has ventured into uncharted territory with Dunki.

Reflecting on the film, Shah Rukh Khan stated, "Upon watching the finished product, we realized that Raju sir has crafted a timeless love story in Dunki. It's a deeply emotional film, centered around love for the motherland. Dunki incorporates elements of action, a departure from Raju Hirani's previous works, introducing new and unique sequences for me."

Highlighting Raju Hirani's preference for keeping surprises, SRK shared, "Raju Hirani refrains from revealing much in trailers and teasers. He believes in the audience experiencing the magic in the theaters. Dunki is filled with humor, and I trust you will thoroughly enjoy it." The film stars Taapsee Pannu as the female lead, and it is jointly produced by Jio Studios, Rajkumar Hirani Films, and Red Chillies Entertainment, with Pritam lending his musical touch to the project.
