Lavanya Tripathi has a new feat to share, she has almost 2 million followers on Instagram. Recently Mahesh Babu was in news, for having 6 million followers. It's a good feat for a young and talented actress like Lavanya, as compared to Tollywood superstars. Not just this, she has also got a million followers on Twitter and 2.6 million followers on Facebook. She forayed into the Telugu Film industry in the year 2012 with Andala Rakshasi, starring Naveen Chandra. She got great acclaims for her role as Midhuna in the movie and has also won her best Debutante Award. 

It was her Telugu project, a romantic and comedy movie, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy with Natural Star Nani, that made her a superstar among the Telugu audience. At present, she is working on the movie, Chaavu Kaburu Challaga with Karthikeya, and she is going to essay the role of Mallika in it. The movie is going to be a dark comedy, where an undertaker dis-satisfied with his life tries doing something different. She will also be seen in Sundeep Kishan's' sports entertainer A1 Express.
