Sujeeth Reddy

Sujeeth Reddy is a Telugu filmmaker who directs movies and writes many of their stories himself. Audiences know him for three films: Run Raja Run (2014), Saaho (2019) and They Call Him OG (2025). His first feature as director earned him the South Indian International Movie Awards prize for Best Debut Director (Telugu) in 2014. His break came with Run Raja Run (2014), a film he directed and also wrote the story for, while also taking an additional crew credit. Five years later he took charge of Saaho (2019) as director. He followed it with They Call Him OG (2025), where he handled the direction as well as both the story and the screenplay. He also appeared on screen as an actor in ENE Repeat (2026). His next project is the sequel They Call Him OG 2 (2028), with Reddy credited as director and story writer. Reddy is a writer as much as a director, and he often shapes the story himself before taking it to the set. Run Raja Run, They Call Him OG and its sequel all carry his writing credit alongside his direction. His SIIMA honour for Best Debut Director (Telugu) in 2014 marked the start of his career behind the camera in Telugu cinema.
