Shreya Ghoshal is an Indian film Playback Singer. She predominantly sings the songs in Bollywood film industry. She also sings the songs in all Indian language films such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi and many other. She made her debut with the Hindi film "Devdas" in the year 2002. She is one of the most popular singers in the film industry. Ghoshal has started her career in the year 1998, by recording albums in Indian regional languages, mainly Bengali albums. She has also recorded several devotional songs. Her first studio album was "Bendhechhi Beena". Famous director "Sanjay Leela Bhansali" recognized her talent first during her television Special episode of "Sa Re Ga Ma". Then she got her singing break with the super hit film Devdas. She has a huge list of songs which broke several records of Bollywood.Shreya was just 16 years when she recorded her first song for the film, "Bairi Piya". Later she rose high in peaks and has continued a successful career till date. She has sung for many films. Apart from Bollywood, she has sung the songs in South Indian film industry. She has judged Indian Idol Junior on television channel Sony TV. Her voice best suits for romantic songs. Shreya was inspired by the great playback singer "Geeta Dutt".She was crowned as the Most Gorgeous Female Playback Singer from the industry by Charmjokes.com on 5th  June 2013. She was also honored from the U.S. state of Ohio, where governor Ted Strickland declared 26th June as "Shreya Ghoshal Day".She has received four National film Award, Six Filmfare Awards, nine Filmfare Awards south for Best Playback Singer and many awards.
