Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna Reportedly Book a Luxury Villa Near Airport

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are once more the talk of Hyderabad's luxury property circles. According to reports, the couple has picked up a high-end villa close to Shamshabad airport, in an upscale project in the Almasguda-Tukkuguda belt. Neither star has made any official statement about the purchase so far.

The pair currently live in a sprawling Jubilee Hills bungalow along with Vijay's parents, reports say. Vijay is said to have bought that house after the success of Arjun Reddy and had it built to suit his own taste. The newlyweds are now reportedly keen to move closer to the airport.

Reports identify the development as Future Trends The Valley. Its villas sit on plots of roughly 1,000 square yards, and each is said to come with a backyard and a private swimming pool. The project is set among hillocks, with features like an artificial waterfall and flowing streams, and wide gaps between the villas are meant to give residents more privacy.

Prices are reportedly around Rs 15,000 per square foot, which places the enclave firmly in the city's top-end housing segment. The airport is only a few minutes away, and the mix of space, privacy and connectivity is the kind of thing high-profile buyers look for. Some realtors, however, point out that aircraft noise could be a drawback, depending on where a villa sits and how the flight paths run.

On the work front, the couple are waiting for Ranabaali, which is reportedly set to reach theatres on October 16. The film is said to be their first together since the wedding, so the villa buzz has arrived just as fans count down to its release.
