Suriya44 Has Officially Wrapped Up Filming!

The highly-anticipated 44th project of Kollywood star Suriya has teamed up with renowned Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj. The film began shooting in Andaman this June and has now successfully wrapped up production.

Suriya shared on X tonight, “Had a wonderful time shooting at various locations with the exceptionally talented cast & crew.” He expressed his admiration for the director, calling him a brother for life. “Thanks to our team for creating unforgettable memories on #Suriya44,” he added.

Suriya44 features star heroine Pooja Hegde as the female lead and is being produced under Suriya’s 2D Entertainment banner. The music for this gangster drama is being composed by Santhosh Narayanan, known for his work on the film Kalki. Meanwhile, Suriya's upcoming film Kanguva is set to hit theatres on November 14, with Suriya44 expected to release worldwide in the summer of next year.
