The highly-anticipated mythological drama Shaakuntalam, starring the popular actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu and directed by Gunasekhar, is all set to hit theaters worldwide this Friday.

As part of the movie's promotions, the makers have released a glimpse video, in which Samantha mentions the challenging task of dubbing for three languages and rehearsing the dialogues while sleeping. She is excited to witness the audience's response and is confident about her performance in the film.

The film features Dev Mohan in the lead role, supported by an ensemble cast including Mohan Babu, Jisshu Sengupta, Madhoo, Gautami, Aditi Balan, and Ananya Nagalla. The big-budget movie is produced by Neelima Guna under Gunaa Teamworks and presented by Dil Raju, with music composed by Manisharma.
