Released on December 22 to unprecedented hype, Prashanth Neel's pan-India action drama, Salaar: Ceasefire, has become a monumental success, crossing the Rs 500 crore gross mark globally.
In the Nizam region alone, the film achieved a remarkable feat by collecting a share of Rs 1.13 crore on its 7th day, amassing an extraordinary Rs 61 crore share (including GST) in its opening week. Salaar now stands as the second-highest grosser in the Nizam region, following Rajamouli's RRR, and joins the elite club, along with RRR and Baahubali 2, to surpass the Rs 50 crore share milestone.
With packed houses still witnessing its screenings, Salaar is geared for a strong second week, particularly with reduced ticket rates and the New Year's Eve weekend anticipated to further boost its collections.
