Something fun happened today when the official Twitter handles of Salaar and Animal had a friendly banter. The Animal team playfully tagged Salaar and asked them to release the film's OST. Salaar's team responded in a cool way by posting a gif of Ranbir Kapoor and using his famous dialogue "Sunayi de raha hai behra nahi hoon main."

In a witty reply, the Animal team said, "Let's Salute the Champion very soon." They even added the Indian flag emoticon, hinting that Animal might make its OTT debut on Republic Day, which falls on January 26th. We might soon hear an official announcement from Netflix, who has the digital rights.

Initially, there was a hurdle as Cine Studios 1, one of the production houses of Animal, approached the court to stop the OTT release. But now, we're relieved to say that this issue has been resolved and the path for the OTT release is clear. Stay tuned to this space for more updates on OTT releases.
