Saif Ali Khan joins Instagram, son Ibrahim teases him in the comments

Saif Ali Khan is finally on Instagram, and his son Ibrahim Ali Khan wasted no time poking fun at him.

The actor's first post carries pictures of himself in the library at his home. Ibrahim showed up in the comments with a question: "Is this you, Abba, no na?"

Saif hit back with a throwback. He shared an old photograph of Ibrahim as a small boy and asked whether that was him in May 2008. Ibrahim answered, "I guess so." His father closed the round with, "A picture speaks a 1000 words ! 'Allo son!"

For now the account follows only a small family circle. Among them are wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, daughter Sara Ali Khan, Ibrahim and sister Soha Ali Khan.

The arrival ends years of staying away from the app. In September 2024, Saif said he found Instagram too time-consuming and would lose half an hour reading "the most inane things" before he deleted it. "It's never ending. It can really suck you in," he said then, adding that he did not want to engage too much with negativity.
