Sai Abhyankkar to score Sivakarthikeyan's SK27, their first film together

Sai Abhyankkar will compose the music for SK27, Sivakarthikeyan's next film. The makers confirmed the news on social media. This is the first time the young composer and the actor are working together.

Director Ramkumar Balakrishnan welcomed Sai to the team with a short post. "For the first time, SK x SAI," he wrote. The production team went bigger, calling the film "a SAI ABHYANKKAR Musical" and opening its announcement with "Sai. Sound. Sensation."

SK27 is Ramkumar's first film since Parking. Kayadu Lohar is the co-lead, and Sudhakar and George Maryan play key roles.

Filming has already started. Sivakarthikeyan said he has shot the opening action sequence and is now filming a song.

The star has a full schedule. After Parasakthi, he is also working on Seyon, which Kamal Haasan is producing. At a recent meet with fans, he said about 60 percent of Seyon is done, songs included, and a few big action scenes are still left to shoot.
