Naga Chaitanya's Team Asks Fans Not to Trust Rumours About NC25

Naga Chaitanya's team has stepped in to calm the growing chatter around his 25th film, tentatively called #NC25. In an official statement, the team asked fans and the media not to believe or share any speculation or unverified reports about the project. It asked everyone to trust only the updates that come through official channels.

The statement also admitted that the milestone film has created a lot of buzz. The team said it understood the excitement and curiosity, but asked people to wait for a proper announcement from the actor or the makers before taking any detail as final.

The clarification follows a wave of claims about the project. According to reports, director Clax, who made his debut with Bedurulanka 2012, is set to direct the film. Newcomer Sathvika Veeravalli is reportedly lined up to make her acting debut opposite Chaitanya. Reports also describe the film as a musical love story built around emotion, romance and songs.

Some reports go further still. They claim that Geetha Arts, Annapurna Studios and producer Bunny Vas will produce the film together, that a special glimpse is being prepared to announce it, and that the regular shoot will start in December 2026. Meanwhile, Chaitanya is reportedly putting the finishing touches on his next release, directed by Karthik Varma Dandu, which follows the success of Thandel.
