Manchu Vishnu and Srinu Vaitla go for D & D - Double Dose

As mentioned earlier, the update is here Manchu Vishnu and Srinu Vaitla team up to bring a better version of their previous installment, Dhee, and have named the new project as D & D - Double Dose. After a Long gap of thirteen years, they are back together as a team. Their original movie Dhee, starring Vishnu Manchu and Genelia D’Souza, in the lead role, which was released in 2007, was the highest grosser movie for that year. As expected the announcement was made on 23rd November, which happens to be Vishnu's Birthday. Some time back, Vishnu announced this news on his Twitter page that there is going to be a sequel anytime soon.

Announcing the news, Vishnu expressed his excitement of pairing up with his elder brother (Srinu Vaitla) once again. Vishnu took it to Twitter to announce the collaboration along with the possible poster for the sequel. Vishnu will bankroll the movie under 24 Frames Factory and will be presented by Avaram Bhakta Manchu. Gopi Mohan and Kishore Gopu are working together on the movie's script. Gopi happens to be Srinu's favorite scriptwriter. Mohana Krishna to handle the cinematography, and Mahati Swara Sagar to provide the music.
