After the dazzling success of Mahanati, Keerthy Suresh had gotten several film opportunities like Penguin and Miss India. But neither of the films were successful as Mahanati, one of the reasons of these films going downhill is that it was released on OTT platforms. Not only Keerthy Suresh but several high-end celebs had their films flopping because of releasing them on OTT platforms. Coming to the point, Keerthy Suresh's upcoming film, Good Luck Sakhi, was deemed to be released theatrically on 3 June 2021 along with the dubbed variants of Tamil and Malayalam languages. But this couldn't happen due to lockdown caused by the second wave of COVID-19. According to the latest reports, Good Luck Sakhi will now be releasing in the leading OTT platform Zee5.

To briefly summarize the details of this film, Good Luck Sakhi is written and directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. It is produced by Sudheer Chandra Padiri under the banner of Worth A Shot Motion Arts. This film features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead along with Aadhi Pinisetty and Jagapathi Babu playing other prominent roles. The tunes for this film are composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
