An update on Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's upcoming film

The drastic second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic is engulfing and sabotaging all the film schedules in the film industry. The shooting schedules of dozens of cinemas and serials have been either postponed or canceled. One of those victims happens to be the cast and crew of Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's upcoming film. Director Luv Ranjan initially planned on continuing their halted third shoot schedule in May but since the second wave hit so badly, they had to ultimately postpone the shoots. Though, now with numerous governments declaring leisure of lockdown in different states of the country, shoots will soon be permitted to recommence by following mandated COVID-19 protocols. According to the reports, Luv Rajan and his crew plan on beginning the next schedule from June 20. It is said that in the forthcoming schedule, director Luv aims to film heartfelt scenes, starring the main leads along with Dimple Kapadia and Boney Kapoor, who portray Ranbir's parents in the film. The third film schedule will be shot either in Delhi or Uttar Pradesh depending on constraints implemented in the state as they need live locations for the shoot.
