Imran Khan's comeback film Adhure Hum Adhure Tum targets December 18 OTT release

Imran Khan's return as a leading man now has a target date. His film Adhure Hum Adhure Tum is set to stream on December 18, and the actor says the team is racing to finish post-production in time.

"We have been told that they intend to release it in mid-December, on December 18, so we are rushing to finish the post-production and deliver it to them on time," Imran said. He added that the exact date matters little for a streaming release: "Since it's OTT not theatrical, I don't think the date makes any difference. I'm just glad that we can finally share this film with everyone."

Bhumi Pednekar plays the female lead opposite him.

The film was first expected on a major streaming platform in early 2026, but that plan never came through. A Christmas week slot now looks likely.

This will be Imran's first lead role since Katti Batti in 2015. He did appear on screen earlier this year with a cameo in Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos, a film backed by Aamir Khan and co-directed by Vir Das and Kavi Shastri.
