Gunmaaster G9: Phars Film buys overseas rights of Emraan Hashmi's action romance

Phars Film has bought the overseas theatrical distribution rights of Gunmaaster G9, the Emraan Hashmi action romance that opens in cinemas worldwide on November 27, 2026. The value of the deal has not been made public.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on social media on October 10. PEN Marudhar had already picked up the film's all-India theatrical rights. With this deal, the film now has one partner for India and another for markets abroad.

Aditya Datt directs the film. It brings Emraan back together with Datt and composer Himesh Reshammiya, a trio that first worked together in 2005.

Genelia Deshmukh, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Singh also star. Deepak Mukut, Sangeeta Ahir and Hunar Mukut are the producers, and Shirish Vallicha is co-producer. Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. presents the film, and SRE Studio LLP produces it.
