Producer Mythri Naveen has said Fauzi's teaser will not release on Prabhas' birthday on October 23, but the team is planning other content for fans that day.
Prabhas fans will not get a Fauzi teaser on October 23. Producer Mythri Naveen has ruled it out, but he confirmed the team still has something lined up for the Rebel Star's birthday.
A reporter put the question to him after word spread that the period action drama would drop its teaser on the actor's birthday. Naveen said it would not be a teaser. Instead, the makers are preparing different content, which he promised would excite fans and audiences.
The makers want to give fans their first look at the film's visuals that day. They have not said what form this will take, only that it will not be a regular promotional cut.
Hanu Raghavapudi directs Fauzi, with Imanvi as the female lead. Anupam Kher, Jaya Prada, Mithun Chakraborty and Chaitra J. Achar play key roles, and Vishal Chandrasekhar is composing the music.
