Farah Khan reminds paparazzi of Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 20 warning

Filmmaker Farah Khan has joined the conversation that Salman Khan started on Bigg Boss 20. When photographers spotted her during an outing in Mumbai, she used his own words to ask them not to click her from inappropriate angles.

Farah looked surprised to find cameras waiting for her and asked who they had come for. When the photographers said they were there for her, she brushed them off with a look. Then she turned back and told them firmly, "Salman bhai ne bola na peeche se nahi lene ka, turn karo, turn karo." She meant that Salman had already told them not to shoot from behind, so they should turn their cameras away.

It all goes back to Salman's recent outburst on the reality show, where he slammed photographers who take shots of female celebrities from behind. He reportedly said Saiee Manjrekar was uncomfortable with it and Neha Dhupia had pushed back against it, and that even his own niece had been photographed this way. Reports say he went as far as telling people treated like this to turn around and slap the person behind the camera, and called the practice disgusting.

He also reportedly drew a line between veterans and newcomers. According to reports, Salman said senior paparazzi have always behaved with respect, and that the trouble comes from people with mobile phones who are not real photographers at all. He added that most of the paparazzi had since understood and promised to stop. Actor Fatima Sana Shaikh reportedly praised him for raising the issue.

The warning does not seem to have soured his own ties with the cameras. Late on Tuesday night, Salman was photographed arriving at a recording studio, and he stopped to pose for the photographers before heading inside. The group, who usually shout a star's name to get a look, reportedly kept their voices low and thanked him for his time.
