Anushka Sharma and her parents buy adjoining Mumbai flats for Rs 25.8 crore
Anushka Sharma and her parents have bought two adjoining apartments in Versova, Mumbai, for Rs 25.8 crore. With a flat she owns jointly with Virat Kohli, the family now has three homes on one floor, worth about Rs 44.1 crore.
Anushka Sharma and her parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, have bought two adjoining apartments in Mumbai's Versova for a combined Rs 25.8 crore. Property registration documents show both deals were registered on July 8, 2026.
The homes are in Godrej Skyshore, a luxury project by Godrej Properties. It is still under construction, so the buyers get possession on or before June 30, 2031.
Anushka paid Rs 14.89 crore for her 2,153 sq ft apartment, which has three covered basement parking spaces. Her parents bought the 1,577 sq ft unit next door for Rs 10.91 crore. Theirs has two parking spaces.
There is a third family flat in the same project. Anushka and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, jointly bought an apartment there for Rs 18.29 crore. That deal was registered on July 21, 2026, and the couple paid about Rs 1.09 crore in stamp duty.
All three homes are on the same floor. Together they are worth about Rs 44.1 crore.
