Allu Arjun to shoot for ICON after his current film Pushpa

Back in mid-2020, there were rumors all around the Tollywood town that Allu Arjun's upcoming endeavor ICON, in collaboration with filmmaker Venu Sriram, got shelved as the script and story didn't work out.

But in the same year in September, director Venu Sriram had been summoned into an interview where he then clarified that ICON is not canceled. He said he was certain that the shoot of the film will be started later.

Ever since the director's clarification, it is now a known fact that Allu Arjun's ICON is back on charts, and the director is working on some alterations in the film script. Since Allu Arjun has his hands full with his upcoming flick, Pushpa, he will be working on ICON once he wraps up his current film.

It is believed that this film will be a pan-Indian one that will be made on a staggering budget. Most of the film cast and crew are either not decided yet or not revealed. There are also claims that Allu Arjun will be seen in a very dominant and powerful role in ICON.
