<p>Janhvi Kapoor is a popular actress who works predominantly in Bollywood films and is known for her movies like 'Dhadak', 'Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl' etc. </p><p>Janhvi Kapoor was born to late legendary actress Sridevi and ace producer Boney Kapoor on 6th March, 1997 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. </p><p>Janhvi studied at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai. She took an acting course from Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in California. </p><p>Janhvi has one younger sister, Khushi Kapoor. Actor Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor are her half-siblings. She is the niece of actors Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor. </p><p>She made her acting debut in 2018 with 'Dhadak' movie which also became a commercial success. Janhvi Kapoor who has been very experimental in terms of her films did a Netflix horror anthology film, 'Ghost Stories'. </p><p>Later, Janhvi starred in the biopic on first ever Indian female combat warrior, Gunjan Saxena and received critical acclaim for her performance. </p><p>Janhvi Kapoor was nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut for 'Dhadak' movie. </p><p><br></p>
