Venkatesh and Trivikram's Aadarsha Kutumbam has been postponed once more. The film had been lined up for October 9, but it will not reach theatres on that date. The decision came just days before the planned release.

The delays go back a long way. The family drama was first planned for an August release. After trying several dates, the makers settled on October 2. When that date passed, they moved the film back by one week to October 9. Social media chatter soon suggested that this date might slip too. Co-producer Naga Vamsi then posted online to assure fans that the film would arrive on time this round.

The new delay is linked to unfinished work on the film's sound. Reports say the re-recording is still pending and that the team wants more time to finish it properly. Director Trivikram is reportedly unhappy with the final output, mainly the background score and some other technical parts, and asked for time to fix them before release.

No new date has been officially confirmed. October 30 is the date currently being considered, and November 6 is reportedly also an option. The film is said to be a regular family entertainer with some action, not a VFX-heavy project, which is why the last-minute delay has surprised many in the industry.

Aadarsha Kutumbam stars Venkatesh in the lead, with Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead. Thaman has composed the music, Trivikram directs, and S Radha Krishna produces. The Venkatesh and Trivikram pairing created strong interest when the film was announced, but the repeated date changes have reportedly taken some of the shine off the buzz. Fans will now wait for the makers to lock in a final date.
