Akshay Kumar's Bell Bottom is one of the first films to be shot after the relaxation of the lockdowns due to the second wave of COVID-19. The latest reports have it that Bell Bottom is all set for a theatrical release once the second wave of COVID-19 comes under control. Vaani Kapoor, who is playing the female lead in this film, has also stated that it has been a prolonged wait to see her film finally get a release date.

While conversing with a media tabloid, Vaani Kapoor expressed her excitement as her films are finally going to be on a good pace to run. She thanked the film crew and Akshay Kumar who stayed adamant on the decision to release this film in theatres.

When it comes to 'Bell Bottom', it is an upcoming detective thriller film starring Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor, directed by Ranjit M Tewari. This film is written by Aseem Arora and Parveez Sheikh. Bell Bottom is produced by multiple collaborations of Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, and Nikkhil Advani, under the banners of Pooja Entertainment and Emmay Entertainment.
