Trivikram Says NTR's God of War Script Is Locked, Title Still Pending

Director Trivikram Srinivas has shared a fresh update on his next project with NTR, the mythological film widely referred to as God of War. Speaking during the promotions of his upcoming film Aadarsha Kutumbam, the filmmaker said the script is now ready and locked. He added that the title has not been finalised yet.

This will please fans who have been waiting for the pair to reunite. NTR and Trivikram last worked together on the mass action entertainer Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. This time they are moving into mythology, and the film is reportedly being made on a record budget.

The timeline depends on NTR's current work. The actor is busy shooting Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel, and reports say he is expected to finish filming by the end of this year. The God of War project is set to go on floors in 2027, once NTR is free. According to reports, Trivikram will start pre-production after Aadarsha Kutumbam reaches theatres, and the film is expected to release in 2028. Haarika and Hassine Creations is reportedly producing it.

Before all that, Trivikram has a release of his own to handle. Aadarsha Kutumbam, a family entertainer with Venkatesh in the lead, is slated to hit theatres on October 9. The film carries the tagline Inti No 47 and reportedly features Srinidhi Shetty, Nivetha Pethuraj and Dimple Hayathi in key roles, with Nara Rohit in an important part. Thaman is said to have composed the music.

For now, the picture is clear enough. The story is ready, the title is still pending, and the shoot will follow NTR's work on Dragon. Fans can expect more news on the mythological project once Trivikram's family drama is out in theatres.
