Tripti Dimri Bagged In For Sujoy Ghosh's Upcoming Film Starring Shahid Kapoor

It has recently been reported that Shahid Kapoor is collaborating with Badla fame director Sujoy Ghosh for their upcoming project. They have been planning for this project for a long time, now they have found the opportunity to put their plans into action. There isn't much revealed about the theme and genre of this film. Although it is speculated that the film shoot will begin in 2021 itself.

There is another interesting update about the Shahid-Sujoy project. Bulbbul fame Tripti Dimri is bagged in as the second lead of this film co-starring Shahid Kapoor in this untitled film. Stating the same, a source close to the film crew said, "Tripti has really liked the script and is looking forward to collaborating with Shahid and director Sujoy. As of now, the plan is to take the film on the floors in September, however, final dates are yet to be locked."

On Shahid Kapoor's work front, he has got an interesting film lineup going on. He has wrapped up his upcoming Gowtam Tinnanuri directorial Jersey. Presently, he is working on Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s upcoming web series. His project with Sujoy Ghosh will most probably go on floors after the pending films.
