One of the top actors in the country, Vicky Kaushal, is all set to thrill his fans with the upcoming film, Chhaava. The movie tells the story of Marathi King Sambaji, the eldest son of Chhatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj, and features the talented Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead.

Originally planned to release alongside Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2, Chhaava has been delayed following requests from distributors and exhibitors. While there were speculations about a January 10, 2025 release, media reports now suggest that the movie will hit theaters on February 19, 2025.

Officially confirmed by the makers, Chhaava will now premiere on February 14, coinciding with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti on February 19. Produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films and helmed by Laxman Utekar of Luka Chuppi and Mimi fame, the movie also stars Akshaye Khanna in a pivotal role. AR Rahman is composing the music for this exciting project.
