Taylor Swift's Showgirl era isn't over yet. The pop star has announced The Life Of A Showgirl: The Encore, an expanded version of her 2025 album with four new songs. It is due on Friday, September 25, almost a year after the original record came out on October 3 last year.

Swift reportedly shared the news on Instagram on September 23, along with the album artwork. In the message, as quoted in reports, she thanked fans for giving The Life of a Showgirl what she called "the biggest first week for an album in history." She said she then took a trip to Sweden to celebrate with Max and Shellback, her two collaborators on the album.

According to reports, Swift said the trip was meant as a quiet moment to look back and feel grateful. There happened to be a studio there, so they did what they always do when they feel something, and they wrote more songs. She said the new tracks came from pure gratitude for the way fans celebrated the album. Reports say The Encore can be pre-ordered and pre-saved now.

With the four new songs, the expanded edition will reportedly have 16 tracks in total. One of the new songs is titled "Cleveland!", a nod to the home city of her husband Travis Kelce, who grew up in Cleveland Heights. Reports also mention a new single called Patient Zero, which Swift teased in a social media post.
