Samantha’s Shakuntalam To Be Shot In A Historic Location

Shakuntalam is a love drama based on Hindu tales Ramayana and that is one of the main reasons why the Telangana government entitled the unit to shoot at Gandipet lake.

The government of Telangana has authorised the makers of Samantha’s Shakuntalam to shoot at the classic Gandipet lake in Hyderabad. The Samantha starrer will be the first movie to shoot at this iconic location in the last six years.

The government had restrained film shootings at Gandipet lake for security reasons. Now, Shakuntalam is set to be shot at this location.

Shakuntalam is a love drama based on Hindu tales Ramayana and that is one of the main reasons why the Telangana government entitled the unit to shoot at Gandipet lake.

Samantha and the rest of the cast and crew will start the Gandipet schedule soon. It is known that Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha is debuting with this film.
