Sajid Nadiadwala's production house leases two more Andheri offices for ₹55 lakh

Sajid Nadiadwala's production banner, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited, has taken two more office units in Andheri West, Mumbai. Property documents show that the company signed an 11-month deal for premises 801 and 802 on the eighth floor of Lotus Grandeur, a commercial building in the area. The total licence fee for the full term is ₹55 lakh.

The Leave and License Agreement was signed with Rhea and Dia Enterprises Private Limited and registered on September 21, 2026. It sets a monthly fee of ₹5 lakh, and the banner has paid the whole ₹55 lakh in advance. The licence period starts on November 1, 2026. The deal also includes two reserved car parking spaces in the stilt area.

Reports say the payment was made on September 16. They also say the banner gets a fit-out period from September 21 to October 31, so it can prepare the offices before the licence begins.

This is not the first time the Hindi film banner has taken space in this building. Earlier, it leased units 803 and 804 on the same eighth floor from the same party for 28 months, starting August 1, 2026. That deal has an opening monthly fee of ₹8.27 lakh and a security deposit of ₹30 lakh. The total rent for that lease is reportedly ₹2.46 crore, and reports say the fee goes up by 5% every 12 months.

With the new agreement, Nadiadwala Grandson now holds four office units at Lotus Grandeur. The banner was founded by Sajid Nadiadwala and has backed several major Hindi film projects. It keeps a large business presence in Mumbai, one of the country's main entertainment centres.

This is not the banner's first property deal in the city either. In October 2025, it reportedly bought two apartments in Prabhadevi for ₹36.57 crore. One of them, a 2,390 sq ft flat on the 23rd floor of Hubtown Twenty Five North, reportedly cost ₹18.57 crore. Reports say the two parties to the latest lease could not be reached for comment.
