Tollywood's iconic Megastar Chiranjeevi launched a non-profit organization that goes by the name Corona Crisis Charity (CCC). The CCC was found last year when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak and the employed and labor sector of the Telugu film industry was badly affected. Chiranjeevi donated a generous amount of 1 Crore Rupees along with several actors, directors, producers who made big contributions to help the underprivileged of the Tollywood industry.

The CCC organization contributed 50 kgs worth of grocery staples for four months for approximately 40,000 workers. Presently, the Megastar has commenced a comprehensive vaccination drive for the Telugu Film workers at his Chiranjeevi Eye & Blood Bank department in partnership with Apollo 24/7. Megastar Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan have further set up oxygen banks in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana through their other NGO, Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust (CCT).

It is quite known that these efforts wouldn't help the complete population, but contributing to the well-being of at least a tiny part of the population is a noble deal many privileged personalities fail to do. We highly praise the efforts of the Megastar clan!
