Keerthy Suresh juggles Dorothy, Rowdy Janardhana and more in a packed schedule
Keerthy Suresh is on a busy run, with the Telugu version of her festival film Dorothy set to release tomorrow, a popular special song in The Paradise, and two big films in progress.
Keerthy Suresh is going through one of her busiest stretches in a while. The actress has several films moving at the same time across more than one industry, and fans are seeing her on screen at a steady pace.
At the front of the line is Dorothy, her recent Tamil film, which had its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. The Telugu version now comes to local audiences, with its release set for tomorrow. A festival run followed by a fresh Telugu release has put her firmly back in the conversation.
Her music moment has helped too. Keerthy appeared in Yesha Nagula, a special song from Nani's The Paradise, and the number got a warm reception from listeners. The track gave her visibility well beyond her lead roles.
On the shooting front, she is busy with Rowdy Janardhana, in which she shares the screen with Vijay Deverakonda. The team is currently filming in Mysore, Karnataka. She is also on board for January 12 Vidudala, a Venkatesh starrer directed by Anil Ravipudi, which adds another big Telugu name to her lineup.
Her current run of signings reportedly began after she married her longtime partner, Antony Thattil. Since then, she has kept taking on new work and moving from one project to the next without much of a break.
With a festival premiere, a Telugu release, a popular song and two films in the pipeline, Keerthy's calendar is full. Her regular presence in theatres keeps her at the centre of attention, and her packed slate shows she is in no mood to slow down.
