Kartikeya And Neha Sshetty Shine At 'Bedurulanka 2012' Pre-Release Event

The pre-release event of the upcoming film 'Bedurulanka 2012,' starring Kartikeya Gummakonda and Neha Sshetty of 'DJ Tillu' fame in lead roles, was held in Hyderabad on Wednesday, building anticipation for its theatrical release on August 25.

During the event, Kartikeya expressed that 'Bedurulanka 2012' is unlike any other film he's done before, emphasizing its uniqueness. He compared it to his breakout film 'RX 100,' stating that this new project would be like a fresh introduction for him. He highlighted the film's character, Shiva, and how it was made without being overly concerned about market factors.

"After hearing the story, I felt that it would be good if the audience enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed it. Clax is a passionate narrator, and the audience will undoubtedly connect with this story. Clax's clarity about life will be reflected in the movie," Kartikeya shared. He also noted that his experience working on the film had transformed him as a person.

Kartikeya praised Neha Shetty for her exceptional performance, stating that she had left her 'DJ Tillu' character behind and delivered fresh and impressive work. He also lauded the music of Mani Sharma, expressing his joy at dancing to the tunes of his favorite music director. Kartikeya expressed confidence in the film's success, mentioning plans for paid premiere shows on the 24th night.

Director Clax expressed his gratitude towards producer Benny Muppaneni for recognizing the essence of his story. He shared that while other heroes had asked for changes to the script, Kartikeya embraced the story as it was, and they were fortunate to have him as the lead actor.

'Bimbisara' director Vassishta Mallidi congratulated Benny for his National Award-winning film 'Colour Photo' and extended his best wishes to the 'Bedurulanka' team.

Neha Shetty expressed her happiness at being a part of a good movie and shared her journey from watching 'RX 100' in theaters with her friends to acting alongside Kartikeya.

Various directors in attendance, including Sandeep Raj, Sai Rajesh, and Karthik Dandu, commended Benny as a contemporary producer with a knack for selecting diverse and compelling subjects. They expressed their hopes for 'Bedurulanka 2012' to become a blockbuster, praising the film's trailer and the talents of Clax, Kartikeya, and Neha Shetty.
