Jailer 2: Nora Fatehi sizzles in Bindaas, the Rajinikanth film's second dance number

The makers of Jailer 2 have unveiled Bindaas, the fourth single from Nelson Dilipkumar's sequel starring Rajinikanth. The track arrived on Wednesday evening and puts Nora Fatehi at the centre of a special dance number, with music by Anirudh Ravichander.

Anirudh has also lent his voice to the song, alongside Deepthi Suresh. The number runs close to four minutes, and reports say the lyrics, penned by Super Subu, move between Tamil and Hindi. In the video, Nora takes the stage in a fringed gold outfit, backed by a large troupe of dancers. Rajinikanth is not seen in the clip, so it is still unclear whether he will be part of the song in the film.

Bindaas is the film's second dance number, coming after Ala Bolelo, which featured Shamna Kasim, also known as Poorna. That has reportedly not gone down well with a section of fans. Several social media users asked why a Rajinikanth film needed two such songs, and some felt the tracks reduce women on screen to objects. Others were won over by Nora's moves, and one fan even rated Bindaas above Kaavaala and Monica.

Jailer 2 picks up from the 2023 hit Jailer, with Rajinikanth returning as Muthuvel Pandian. Mithun Chakraborty, Vidya Balan, SJ Suryah and Suraj Venjaramoodu join the cast, while Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Mirnaa and Rithvik reportedly reprise their roles from the first film. Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar are expected to make cameo appearances once again, and Hrithik Roshan and Vijay Sethupathi are also reportedly in line for special roles.

The film opens in theatres on October 15, 2026. Before that, the team reportedly plans to put out 12 tracks in all, counting the songs already released, along with an audio launch rave featuring Anirudh that will stream online from October 3. The trailer is reportedly set to drop on October 5.
