Fahadh Faasil calls young Ssara Palekar his favourite co-star

Fahadh Faasil reportedly used an event for his upcoming fantasy film Don't Trouble The Trouble to praise his young co-star Ssara Palekar. The actor is said to have named her his favourite co-star so far. He credited her patience and preparation for making their scenes together easier to shoot.

He started with a joke about his home life. According to reports, Fahadh said people often praise how patient he is with children. He answered that he is "married to a child" and already has practice at home. The twist, he said, was that on this set he finally met a child who handled him instead.

Ssara reportedly learned his dialogues as well as her own and stepped in whenever he slipped on a line. She would politely suggest the right words until he got them back. Fahadh said he had never worked with a co-actor this patient. He added that the whole team had a lot of fun during the shoot.

He ended by asking audiences to watch the film in theatres. He said the team's vision would feel complete if viewers enjoyed the film as much as the cast and crew enjoyed making it. He called it a special and beautiful film that will make people smile, cry and think.

Don't Trouble The Trouble is directed by Shashank Yeleti, with Fahadh, Ssara Palekar and Saurabh Sachdeva in the cast, and Mahesh Manjrekar also listed. It opens in theatres on October 2 in Telugu and Malayalam, and reports say a Tamil version will release too.

The story reportedly follows Suri, a con artist who ends up tagging along with a schoolgirl named Divya, only to learn she is a genie who can really grant wishes. When Divya accidentally makes her parents vanish, the two set off on a wild mission to bring them back. Along the way, the selfish Suri slowly learns care, responsibility and love.
