Dulquer Salmaan Unveils Teaser Of Paradha, Promising An Intriguing Tale

Praveen Kandregula, who made a strong debut with Cinema Bandi, is now gearing up for his second film, Paradha. The movie is being produced by the celebrated duo Raj and DK and marks the grand debut of Ananda Media, with production handled by Vijay Donkada, alongside Sreenivasulu PV and Sridhar Makkuva. The film stars the stunning Anupama Parameswaran, versatile actress Darshana Rajendran, and veteran Sangitha in pivotal roles.

Following a strong response to its first look poster and concept video, the teaser of Paradha was launched today by Dulquer Salmaan. The teaser opens with a voiceover introducing Subbu, the protagonist played by Anupama Parameswaran, who, according to the narrator, travels a long distance and spends 70 lakhs to end her life.

Subbu is joined by two other key characters, portrayed by Darshana Rajendran and Sangitha, as they set off on an adventurous journey. However, Subbu’s true intentions for the trip are shrouded in mystery. As the teaser unfolds, it highlights the village's age-old customs, superstitions, and practices, including the eerie tradition of Sati and women covering their faces.

The teaser ends with a glimpse of Anupama Parameswaran's face, which she quickly conceals, leaving an air of intrigue. With its gripping concept, high production values, and technical excellence, Paradha promises to be a unique cinematic experience.

Anupama Parameswaran shines as a village belle, while the presence of Darshana Rajendran and Sangitha elevates the film. Mridul Sujit Sen’s cinematography beautifully captures the stunning locales of Himachal Pradesh, and Gopi Sundar’s background score intensifies the mood. Paradha will be released in both Telugu and Malayalam.
