Dhanush's highly anticipated "Captain Miller" is set for a grand release during Sankranti 2024, creating a buzz of immense expectations around the period action drama directed by Arun Matheswaran. Concurrently, the actor is immersed in his 50th film, tentatively titled "D50," a landmark project directed by Dhanush himself and produced by Sun Pictures.

In a recent interview, music maestro GV Prakash Kumar disclosed that Dhanush is poised to take the directorial helm once again for a subsequent film after "D50," with GV Prakash Kumar handling the music composition.

This marks Dhanush's second venture as a director, where he will not be the lead hero but will instead portray a cameo role, as reported. Beyond these endeavors, the versatile actor has another project in the works with Sekhar Kammula, currently in the production stage, adding to the diverse and exciting lineup of Dhanush's cinematic ventures.
