Controversial Director To Helm Epic Mahabharata Trilogy Amidst Backlash

The dream of creating a grand visual spectacle based on the legendary Mahabharata epic has been cherished by many Indian filmmakers, including the renowned director SS Rajamouli, known for films like Baahubali and RRR. For this ambitious trilogy, Vivek Agnihotri will be adapting the best-selling novel "Parva," authored by Padma Bhushan Dr. SL Bhyrappa. The film will be produced by Vivek Agnihotri's wife and actress Pallavi Joshi.
